Reconstruction that gives new life to an old building

We are working on the restoration of a majestic building built in 1937, which has preserved many stories but has suffered from time.

To achieve this goal, we carried out the following stages of work:

• Restoration of structures: we replaced the floors, restored the basement ceiling, cleaned and protected metal beams from corrosion, and reinforced reinforced concrete slabs. This was the first step in restoring the building to its former glory.
• Dismantling works: old doors, partitions, floor screed and plaster were removed. This allowed us to see the true condition of the building and prepare it for restoration.
• Electrical modernization: We installed a modern switchboard, copper cables, steel pipes and fire-resistant penetrations, sockets, switches and lamps. Now the building has a reliable power grid that will serve for many years.
• Finishing of the premises: new plasterboard partitions were created, walls and ceilings were plastered, ceramic tiles and linoleum were laid, and new doors were installed. Now the building looks modern and cozy.

Every day we are getting closer to our goal of turning a building that has seen many generations into a new, safe and comfortable home for its future residents.
