EUROSPACE has carried out a large-scale reconstruction of dormitory No. 2, which consists of five buildings. All buildings have four residential floors, and the first floor of the 4th and 5th buildings is specially adapted for people with limited mobility, including two-room apartments with all the necessary conditions.

The work included a complete modernization of the building: installation of new engineering systems, renovation of structures, roof insulation, installation of heating, water supply, ventilation and electrical systems. Interior finishing, flooring, partitions, door structures and security systems were also installed.

To ensure accessibility, ramps and special conditions for comfortable living for people with limited mobility were installed.

The implementation of this project was an important step in creating a modern, comfortable and safe living space.
