  • The stands have 590 seats, including areas for people with limited mobility and a VIP box with 76 seats.
  • The administrative and amenity complex (AAC) is a three-storey building with a total area of 1440 sq.m. (480 sq.m. on each floor).
  • The retail area is 520 sq.m., including retail space.
  • The restaurant is 220 sq.m. and provides meals for visitors.
  • The hotel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a total area of 1800 sq.m. (900 sq.m. on each floor).
  • Swimming pool - technical rooms and the pool itself with an area of 720 square meters, designed for the simultaneous stay of 40-50 people, including children.
  • The recreational area includes a playground, a greenhouse, gazebos for relaxation, a skate park, and a basketball court.

    • The 7000-square-meter complex is designed for events and comfortable stay of guests. Our construction company performed a full cycle of works: general contracting, construction of a sports complex with a hotel and a turnkey restaurant, as well as monolithic works.
