SMART is a modern 13-storey residential complex built using monolithic technology. All structural elements of the building, including walls and ceilings, are made of reinforced concrete, which ensures the strength, durability and fire resistance of the structure. EUROSPACE acted as a contractor for the project, performing key stages of construction: from monolithic and general construction works to electrical installation and ventilation systems.
