EUROSPACE has implemented a large-scale construction project to reconstruct a 10-storey residential building, which has now become home to many residents. The project involved a full range of construction and installation works, including the replacement of all utilities, the arrangement of ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems, and the upgrade of power grids.

The works included the installation of ceilings and floor coverings, roofing, installation of interior partitions and door structures. Considerable attention was paid to fire protection systems and the repair of elevator equipment to ensure the safety and comfort of residents. The total area of finishing works amounted to 7000 m², which included renovation of walls, ceilings and facades. Thanks to an integrated approach, the facility was completely renovated and adapted for comfortable living.
